Tsavo, KeynaPart of the Serena Hotel properties, Kilaguni Lodge was the first lodge ever to be built in a Kenyan National Park. Don't let the age fool you, as the lodge has been renovated recently and sports elegant rooms, a pool, volleyball, darts, tropical gardens, massages, restaurant and bar. The lodge sits near a popular water hole and is often visited by herds of elephant, buffalo and other game animals. Game drives, walking safaris and bird watching tours are available from the lodge.

We took the main road ... turning off on a dirt road for 39 km more to the Kilaguni Lodge. What a surprise. It is beautiful
